Observation

110-300-0165(3)(f) licensee had one large brown cubie shelf in the school age room that needs to be anchored due to a tipping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee had chipping paint in the following room and locations, 2 years old room table legs, pre-k blue paint on large shelve, preschool 4 year old room, blue chipping paint on blue wall and in the school age room there is white chipping paint on the wall post, chipping paint on the purple wall and in the gym area there is chipping paint on the floor, orange wall and brown wall posts.
